Kevin Sterchi
Kevin has a Bachelors degree in Music Performance and a Masters degree in Music Education from Southern Illinois University. He received the annual National Association of Jazz Educators award and was elected as a member of the Society of Pi Kappa Lambda in 1988.
His background includes teaching Music Appreciation, Music Theory, Jazz History, Group Guitar classes, as well as Private applied Classical guitar, Jazz guitar, and Electric Bass in a college setting. He was a Kindergarten through fifth grade music instructor for 21 years in Texas and has performed in numerous solo and ensemble venues across the country.
Mr. Sterchi is a guitarist just like you and he is excited to share his knowledge and experience.
